Normalized-Scale

This map scales the dioptric 
differences between colors 
based on the range for the 
cornea under consideration.  
If there are large differences 
across the cornea there will 
be larger dioptric differences 
between colors.  If there are 
small differences across the 
cornea the dioptric difference 
between colors is smaller.  
The dioptric range is 
illustrated with 11 colors.

This is the most common map used.
